Article Withdrawal Policy

International Journal of Medical Science And Innovative Research (IJMSIR) given the facility for withdrawal Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study. To withdraw Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study, a formal request has to be made by Corresponding Author or Main Author through by email. Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study which have not been published yet but represent early versions of articles, are discovered to be accidental duplicates of other published Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study, or are determined to violate our IJMSIR Journal publishing ethics guidelines in the view of the editors may be “Withdrawn” from our  IJMSIR Journal. On Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study is withdrawal from IJMSIR Journal, a penalty will be imposed.

An article may be withdrawn from consideration at any time prior to its acceptance or publication, The reasons for withdrawal may include:

1. Author have find errors or mistake in Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study that require for revision.

2. Author have submitted Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study to another Journal for publication.

3. Author have decided to withdraw Research Article/Review Article /Case Report/Case Study for personal cause.

4. Author is under review process but has not been accepted for publication.

Article Withdrawal Process

Authors who wish to withdraw their article from consideration must provide written notification to the Chief Editor via email. The notification should include the following information:

1. An article title or Manuscript serial number

2. Names of all authors with corresponding author

3. Reason for article withdrawal

4. Date of article submission

If the withdrawal is within the 05 days of submission, the author is allowed to withdraw the manuscript without paying any withdrawal fee, however, if authors withdraw manuscripts any time after review process and acceptance, a withdrawal fee will have to be paid.
